This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Parking Sms Scheduler  (“Application”)  for mobile devices and use of website izvornikod.com  ("Website"), which were created by Goran Širić.

Parking SMS Scheduler is Android application for paying parking over SMS parking messages in cities which have implemented m-Parking system.

izvornikod.com is website which provide additional services to Parking SMS Scheduler application, such as delivering list of towns and parking zones in that towns.

This Privacy policy is effective as of May 25th, 2018.

What information does the Application/Website obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information 

The Application/Website obtains the information you provide when you download the Application or use Website.

When you use the Application/Website, you generally provide (a) your email address (e) information you enter into our system when using the Application/Website, such as contact information and vehicle information and parking zones information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Application/Website may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your devices unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application/Website. 

Does the Application/Website collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application/Webstite collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. 

Does the Application/Website collect the parking confirmation SMS messages? 

This Application/Webstite collect parking confirmation SMS messages, in order to create map of parking zones in cities. All confirmation parking SMS messages are anonimized. That mean mean that all personal personal information (such as IP or Vehicle registration) are removed from the confirmatoin parking SMS message before it is transmitet to Website.

Does the Application/Website use precise real time location information of the device?

This Application user information about the location of your mobile device to detect city, create maps of zones for  and provide you possible parking zones for your current location.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application/Website?

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application/Website is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application/Website which helps us keep the cost of the Application/Website low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application/Website, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application/Website and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use. 

This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Information and conditions of use are shown below.

Some of the services listed below may use Cookies to identify Users or they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside this Application/Website.     The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
    Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Inc.) • Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
    Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application/Website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
    Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
    This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address.
    It works by shortening Users' IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
    Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened within the US.

What are my opt-out rights?

There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application/Website:    

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 

Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third party network advertisers: you may at any time opt-out from targeted advertising by disabling serving tareted ads from Applicatoin settings section in the application or by uninstaling application.

Opt-out from the use of information about your location: you may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by disabling  location services on your device.

The period for which the Personal Information will be stored	Your Personal Information is stored as long as we provide you the Service and as it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of any legal claims, however no longer that for 10 years from the moment of the termination of the agreement concerning Services. Your Personal Information may be processed longer only if it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligation.
The recipients or categories of recipients of the Personal Information	Your Personal Information might be processed by the service providers (data processors) of the controller, which act solely on the instructions of the controller (e.g. IT service providers, data analytics providers). Necessity of provision of Personal Information	The provision of Personal Information is necessary to deliver the Service.

 

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application/Website and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application/Website, please contact us at goran.siric@izvornikod.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application/Website to function properly.

Children

We do not use the Application/Website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at goran.siric@izvornikod.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

 

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application/Website. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
